Practice Manager
Quick Apply Full-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing all of the administrative and business operations aspects of the medical practice, performs many leadership, organization and decision-making tasks to maintain and grow the medical practice.
Their duties include:
Hiring employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing the budget of the practice.
Establish and implement effective workplace procedures Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations Hire, train and monitor administrative staff Organize patient records using electronic health records keeping Supervise daily practice operations such as checking in, patient registration, billing, debt collections, security and occupational health and safety Monitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organize for resupply Interact with patients and address their complaints Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services.
Skills and abilities include:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Physicians, other medical professionals, office personnel employees and patients Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant health care and administrative software Good leadership, motivation, training and goal-setting skills Diploma in Business Management In-depth knowledge of health care finance best practices and standards Organization and time management skills Understanding of health and safety standards in the medical industry
