Nurse Practitioner - Roles/
Responsibilities:
Work in 1 outpatient Medication Pain Management Clinic setting.
Provide Medication Pain Management care to chronic patients with Sports Medicine, Failed Surgery, Osteoarthritis, Neck, Back, Spine, Orthopedic, Occupational and other related injuries.
Dispense Medication to only qualified pain patients as needed or directed.
Collaborate with practice Physician, Nurse Practitioners, and other clinical and non-clinical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes.
Provide education to patients and family.
Use EMR in documenting patient care.
Days / Hours / Compensation /

30am-4:
30pm No Nights, Weekends.
