Summary:
The Payroll/HR Clerk will assist in the weekly payroll process and help maintain employee time records as well as provide administration support to Human Resources.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Supports completing weekly payroll for employees Assists in entering, maintaining, and/or processing information in the payroll system; information may include employees' hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, wage garnishments and other information as necessary Daily maintaining of employee time records (i.
e.
, vacation and sick leave timesheets) in HRIS system for delivery to PR Dept for processing Assists in fielding employee time off inquiries Performs customer service functions by addressing candidate/employee queries Assists with HR projects, on/off boarding, creating and maintaining files Performs data entry and filing of HR related documents as necessary Performs other duties as assigned.

Communication Skills:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
