KX Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our expanding Quality Function in West Haven, Connecticut.
This position ensures that all quality requirements are adhered to by participating in the review and audit of all manufacturing assembly / test documentation and inspection requirements.
This position requires a leader on the manufacturing floor to drive quality throughout the organization.
This is an hourly position and reports to the Quality Manager.

2nd Shift position.
Hours:
3:
30pm to 12Midnight.
Interacts with functional groups such as all manufacturing personnel to ensure product quality requirements are being met.
Communicates significant quality related issues to all departments of the organization.
Provides input on whether to accept the product and recommends process improvements.
Provides support for product and process qualifications.
Supports and maintains QA data and management systems.
Inspection of components using instruments such as caliper and CMM arm.
Coordinates appropriate inspections for manufacturing operations.
Prepare and monitor status of non-conforming material & reports.
Perform process and product audits.
Perform QA Testing including Burst and Cycle testing, Freeze Thaw, Heat Aging and others.
Experience Requirements:
QA Inspection experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience in an ISO 9001 environment a plus Performance Skill Requirements English Communication skills - Both written and verbal.

Education/Certification RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
