Promotional Sales Specialist
Advantage Sales and Marketing is Hiring Promotional Sales Specialists in West Haven CT !
The Promotional Sales Specialist is a product demonstrator doing in-store demonstrations with food and beverages, kitchen gadgets, household products, and health items.
This is part-time work. Demonstrations take place Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, usually during the peak shopping hours (11:00am -- 6:00pm).
Events are 5-6 hours long. A flat fee is paid for each event.
Depending upon the specific product being promoted, the Promotional Sales Specialist is responsible for the following:
- Engaging shoppers,
- Raising awareness of the product in the store,
- Preparing and distributing featured products,
- Demonstrating how the featured item operates,
- Communicating selling points about the product including the product price and location within the store, and
- Answering general questions customers may have (even if it is directing them to a website for more information).
We are looking for people who like to cook - Foodies who have a passion for food !
Customer Service and Sales experience are a plus.
